We are thrilled to welcome Rachael Cassell to the Kindred team. Rachael brings valuable experience from her recent role in the legal field as a case manager, where she developed a strong skill set that positions her to excel as our Program Manager. In this role, Rachael provides administrative leadership, overseeing client services and ensuring that program objectives are consistently met.

Rachael is highly regarded for her meticulous attention to detail in gathering and verifying documentation, ensuring that all information is organized and accurate. Her commitment to service shines through in her dedication to placing our clients at the forefront of her work.

With a robust background in behavioral healthcare, Rachael has gained extensive experience working in various inpatient and outpatient facilities. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts and Technology, with a focus on Elementary Education, from Stevenson University, where she graduated in 2011.

Outside of work, Rachael cherishes time with her family—her husband, son, and their beloved puggle, who are the center of her world. In her free time, she enjoys staying active, trying new recipes and restaurants, relaxing at the beach, and creating lasting memories with her loved ones.
