As Director of Operations, Rachael serves as the backbone of Kindred Treatment Center — overseeing the administrative team and ensuring that every aspect of the program runs smoothly, efficiently, and with the client experience at the forefront.

Rachael leads with both precision and heart. She supervises administrative staff across all operational functions, providing hands-on leadership, training, and accountability to ensure the day-to-day flow of the program supports — never interrupts — the care our clients receive. From intake to discharge, she works behind the scenes to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Rachael works directly with individuals and families to help them understand their insurance benefits, navigate coverage questions, and resolve billing concerns with clarity and compassion — removing administrative barriers so clients can stay focused on what matters most: their recovery.
