Rachael Cassell
Director of Billing Operations
Rachael oversees Revenue Cycle Management for the organization, ensuring the integrity and performance of all billing operations. She manages the full claims lifecycle, including claim submission, reimbursement tracking, denial resolution, and accounts receivable performance.
By proactively addressing billing issues and insurance challenges, Rachael helps minimize disruptions to care and reduces financial stress for clients and their families.
Rachael works closely with clients to help them understand their insurance benefits, navigate coverage questions, and resolve billing concerns with clarity and compassion. Her goal is to create a transparent and supportive financial experience so clients can focus on their treatment rather than administrative barriers.
In addition, she supervises the billing team and administrative support staff, providing leadership, training, and performance oversight to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and accountability across all revenue-related functions.
