With over 36 years of experience across Clinical Mental Health, Social Work, and the medical field, Peg brings a deep well of knowledge, empathy, and dedication to her work. She is currently completing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with just two courses remaining toward licensure.
Peg earned her Bachelor of Science from Pennsylvania State University, where she focused on Individual and Family Studies/Psychology and minored in Communications.

Throughout her career, Peg has served in diverse roles—including as an EMT and in Children, Youth & Families services, adoption, and foster care—giving her a well-rounded perspective on human resilience and the power of compassionate care.
Peg has worked extensively in both inpatient and outpatient settings, with a strong focus on trauma-informed care and co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
Her experience in individual, family, and group counseling has equipped her to support clients through a wide range of life challenges, helping them build skills for emotional wellness, conflict resolution, and meaningful, fulfilling living.
She specializes in trauma, dual diagnosis, and addiction recovery, drawing from an array of evidence-based modalities including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Art Therapy, and mindfulness techniques.
Peg is deeply committed to walking alongside her clients with warmth and understanding, empowering them to heal, grow, and live with purpose.
