As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Maryland, Molly is passionate about helping children, adolescents, and young adults navigate life’s challenges in a supportive and compassionate environment. She earned her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from McDaniel College and is proud to serve the Carroll County community where she was born and raised. Having grown up in the area gives her a unique understanding of the experiences and pressures many local families and students face.

Molly believes therapy works best when clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and accepted. Her goal is to create a space where clients can be themselves without judgment while building the confidence and skills needed to overcome obstacles and create meaningful change. She views therapy as a collaborative process and strives to meet each client where they are.

Molly's clinical experience includes working with children and adolescents in a variety of settings, supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional regulation difficulties, anger, low self-esteem, and behavioral concerns. She also has more than six years of experience working with children on the autism spectrum as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Molly is certified in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), is currently pursuing her Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential, and is a Certified Autism Specialist (CAS).

Molly tailors treatment to each client’s unique strengths and goals using evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Strengths-Based Therapy, and Exposure Therapy.
