Meghan is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Maryland with more than 14 years of experience serving underserved individuals and families. A Carroll County native, she brings both clinical expertise and a grounded understanding of the community’s needs and resources.

She earned a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from McDaniel College and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Hood College. Her work has spanned youth, adults, and families, including people experiencing homelessness and those living with serious mental illness. These settings shaped her belief in meeting people where they are—with empathy, respect, and a steady belief in their resilience.

She sees her role as a supportive partner—offering reflection, guidance, and encouragement while moving at a pace that feels right.
