Megan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C in Maryland and LCSW in Pennsylvania) with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Bloomsburg University and her Master of Social Work from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.

As Program Director at Kindred Treatment Center, Megan oversees clinical operations, supports and mentors staff, helps expand and strengthen clinical services, ensures quality and safety in client care, and fosters ongoing professional development within the team. She also provides direct clinical care and is dedicated to delivering compassionate, individualized treatment to every client.

Megan has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, families, and incarcerated individuals across a variety of treatment settings. She utilizes a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Strengths-Based Therapy, and Exposure Therapy, tailoring treatment to meet the unique needs of each client. She has a special interest in treating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and substance use disorders.
