Message from Liam

As a therapist, my mission is to create a space where your full humanity is welcomed; messy moments and all. I believe healing happens in relationships, and I approach therapy as a collaborative process where we slow down, unpack emotional patterns, and explore the deeper stories that shape your experience. Whether you're navigating relationship stress, life transitions, identity questions, or inner conflict, I strive to meet you with compassion, curiosity, and nonjudgment.

What drives me most in this work is the transformative power of emotional honesty. I know what it’s like to silence your voice to keep the peace or question your worth after being hurt. These lived experiences, alongside my professional training, have fueled a deep passion for helping others feel seen, heard, and deeply understood. I’m drawn to the spaces where people feel stuck, where the old stories no longer serve them, and where the heart is quietly asking for more. I believe therapy is not just about coping, it’s about reclaiming your inner clarity and reconnecting to your sense of purpose, connection, and wholeness.

I specialize in working with individuals and couples through a relational and emotionally focused lens. I’m especially passionate about supporting people who are learning how to show up for themselves while still holding space for the people they love. In session, I blend Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, and somatic grounding techniques to help clients make sense of their emotions, rebuild trust with themselves, and develop more secure, connected relationships.

At the heart of my work is a belief that your emotions are not problems to fix, but messengers with something important to say. Together, we’ll work to understand what those messengers are asking of you, whether it’s safety, truth, tenderness, or the freedom to be fully you.

Whether you’re coming in as a couple or an individual, my goal is to support you in identifying your needs, transforming old patterns, and growing toward the version of yourself that feels most aligned and whole. Therapy isn’t about being perfect, it’s about being real. And I’m honored to walk beside you in that journey.
