Prior to joining Kindred Treatment Center, Lauren has worked in the Substance Use Disorder field for the past four years. She is passionate about helping individuals navigate their recovery journey and finding lasting change in their lives. One of the most rewarding aspects of her work is building genuine connections with clients and supporting them as they overcome challenges related to addiction.

Lauren believes that strong therapeutic relationships are the foundation of successful treatment and strives to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. She values the sense of connection not only with her clients but also within the Kindred team, and is grateful to be part of an organization that shares her commitment to compassionate, client-centered care.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time outdoors, staying active, and making memories with her children. Whether exploring nature, attending activities with her kids, or simply enjoying quality family time, she values maintaining balance and connection in all areas of life.
