Krista Winslow is a compassionate Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) in Maryland dedicated to helping adults navigate life’s challenges. With a warm, nonjudgmental approach, she creates a safe and supportive space for clients seeking therapy for a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and neurodiversity support.
Krista earned her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She has extensive experience supporting adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, emotional regulation, self-esteem issues, and life transitions. Krista also works with adults on the autism spectrum (ASD), intellectual disabilities (ID), and other developmental disabilities (DD), helping them build confidence, develop coping skills, and improve daily functioning.
Krista provides personalized outpatient individual therapy using a person-centered, collaborative style. She integrates evidence-based techniques tailored to each client’s goals, empowering them to gain insight, build resilience, and create lasting positive change.
