Jen is our Human Resources Coordinator and is passionate about supporting people and helping organizations operate smoothly and effectively. Her professional background includes recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, payroll support, and benefits administration.

After several years as a full-time family caregiver — one of the most demanding and meaningful roles there is — Jen returned to the workforce with a renewed sense of purpose and is grateful to support a mission-driven mental health organization. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and an Associate Degree in Accounting.

Outside of her professional life, Jen enjoys spending time with family and friends, gardening, and traveling.
