Emily Radawiec is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Certified Addiction Counselor (CAC-AD), and Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist (CSMC) who takes a holistic, person-centered approach to mental health and wellness. She integrates evidence-based therapies including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Informed Care with mindfulness, yoga, nutrition, and lifestyle-based wellness strategies.

She specializes in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, stress, addictions, life transitions, relationship challenges, and women's mental health concerns. Drawing on her education in behavioral health and experience in both outpatient and inpatient clinical settings, she provides compassionate, evidence-informed support tailored to each client's unique needs.

Emily has a particular passion for helping women through perimenopause and menopause, guiding them in understanding and managing the emotional, cognitive, and physical changes that often accompany this stage of life. Her holistic approach integrates mental health care with wellness-focused strategies, informed by her credentials as a Menopause Coach, Certified Raja Yoga Teacher and her experience as a Personal Trainer and educated specialist of Fitness Nutrition.  Emily holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from McDaniel College, graduating summa cum laude, and a Master of Science in Instructional Leadership from Robert Morris University.

By combining clinical knowledge with expertise in mind-body wellness, Emily empowers clients to build resilience, improve well-being, and create meaningful, lasting change.  Emily’s goal is to help clients cultivate self-awareness and balance by addressing the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.
