Devenie Santell is a Licensed Social Worker in Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Ohio, with over 25 years of experience in helping people across various populations and generations.  Her scope of practice is diverse with areas of concentration that include healthcare, specializing in chronic illness, caregiver burnout, and achieving quality of life through management of emotional health and physical well-being.  Devenie has hospice and palliative care experience and helping people and loved ones deal with end of life and bereavement concerns.   She also has worked with the dementia population within the long-term and acute care settings.

Through life and professional experience, Devenie is very comfortable and well-versed working with people from diverse backgrounds, various adult and child populations, and those that are entrenched into the healthcare system through chronic illness, physical and emotional barriers, and healthcare disparity.

  

Devenie graduated from University of Pittsburgh with her master’s in social work. Her leadership abilities and supervisory experience spans from dialysis, and into the child welfare setting.

 

Devenie is working towards her certificate as a nephrology and financial social worker.  She is eager to start seeing new clients and looks forward to working with you to assist you in achieving your optimal well-being.
