Christopher is a seasoned Business Administration and Human Resources professional with over 20 years of experience supporting organizations across healthcare, higher education, nonprofit, and corporate sectors. His expertise spans human resources, healthcare administration, regulatory compliance, technology systems, data management, employee relations, and organizational development.
He holds a Master’s degree in Consciousness Studies from the University of Philosophical Research, a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, and professional certifications in Human Resources, Information Technology, and Healthcare Chaplaincy.
Throughout his career, Christopher has supported adult learners in higher education, contributed to nonprofit initiatives addressing food insecurity, and collaborated with behavioral healthcare teams serving individuals with mental health and substance use disorders. These experiences deepened his passion for behavioral health and reinforced his commitment to servant leadership and compassionate care — particularly in supporting the well-being of healthcare professionals.
Christopher’s background in transformational and organizational psychology informs his approach to leadership, workplace culture, and continuous improvement. He is dedicated to helping individuals and teams reach their full potential while building resilient, positive organizations. A lifelong resident of Carroll County, Maryland, Christopher is proud to serve the local healthcare community at Kindred Treatment Center. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his daughter and exploring topics in human consciousness, well-being, and complementary alternative medicine.
