Emily Radawiec, LGPC, CAC-AD
Emily Radawiec is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor and Certified Addiction Counselor focused in a holistic therapy approach which incorporates therapies and techniques that consider the whole person -- mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually and socially. Emily uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Trauma Informed Care, Yoga therapy and a variety of mindfulness techniques. Emily is also a Certified Raja Yoga Teacher and educated personal trainer with a focus in nutrition.
Emily is experienced working with multi-cultural and socio-economic affairs from her time as a therapist engaging with various populations and her time living and working abroad. She has worked in inpatient and outpatient treatment settings, specifically focused on co-occurring disorders of mental health and substance use disorder. She also has experience in family, group and individual counseling. Emily has a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling awarded from McDaniel College, summa cum laude, and a Master of Science in Instructional Leadership from Robert Morris University.
Emily is passionate about evidenced-based mental health treatment that heals the whole person from the root cause. Emily is a motivated and compassionate counselor that meets her clients where they are and helps them move through their pains to a place of peace of mind and serenity.
