Tammy was a lifelong resident of New Jersey until she recently relocated to Maryland in May, 2022. Tammy graduated from Rutgers University in 2012 and is certified by ANCC as an Adult Nurse Practitioner. Tammy has over 10 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in primary care. She also specializes in treating broad range of psychiatric disorders including depression, anxiety, insomnia, ADHD, PMDD, and mood disorders. Tammy is highly experienced in treating substance use disorder with the use of relapse prevention medications (medication assisted treatment).

Tammy  has a strong passion to improve health outcomes by integrating physical and mental health services. 

In her personal time, Tammy enjoys quality family and friends time, traveling, cooking, hiking, and continued learning.
